Setting up PPPoE #
If you’ve reset your router, follow these steps to reconfigure your Tenda AC1200 Router.
Configuration Procedure
- At the bottom of the router is a sticker which contains the default Wi-Fi name and password. Use these details to connect your computer or smart phone to the router. Alternativley, connect your computer using an ethernet cable as shown above.
- Once connected, open a browser and type in 192.168.0.1
- Select “Internet Settings”
- Set “Operating Mode” to “Router”
- Set “Connection Type” to “PPPoE”
- Enter the Username & Password provided by Support
- Click “OK” at the bottom of the page
After a minute you should see “Connected. You can access the Internet” display at the bottom of the page if configuration was successful
