To cancel your service, you need to send an email to support@getwiza.com with your account code and requested cancellation date.
All services require 1 calendar months notice. For example, if you submit a cancellation on 5 January, your service will only terminate on 1 March.
Our team will advise of any outstanding monies and if your cancellation will attract a claw-back fee.
Should you have opted for a free to use router, this needs to be returned to us in the original packaging or you may choose to purchase it.
Failure to return the free to use router within 30 days after your service has been cancelled, will result in the full cost of the router being invoiced to you.
