How to cancel your serivces: #
Complete the cancellation & migration request form which can be found here
All services require 1 calendar months notice. For example, if you submit a cancellation on 5 January, your service will only terminate on 1 March.
Our team will advise of any outstanding monies and if your cancellation will attract a claw-back fee, should you have opted for a free installation and you are cancelling within the first 12 months.
Should you have opted for a free to use router, this needs to be returned to us in the original packaging within 10 days after service deactivation, or you may choose to purchase it.
Failure to return the free to use router within 10 days after your service has been cancelled, will result in the full cost of the router being invoiced to you.
