Fibre Geeks #
Fibre Geeks provides a 24 business hours repair SLA. Business hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, excluding Satudays, Sundays & Public Holidays. No credits can be passed for any downtime.
Frogfoot #
Frogfoot provides a 5 business days repair SLA. Business hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. No credits can be passed for any downtime.
Vumatel #
Vumatel provide a 48 business hours repair SLA. Business hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. No credits can be passed for any downtime.
