Please take note of the below notice periods. This applies to both cancellations and migrations.

- Thinkspeed: Full Calendar month
- Frogfoot: 30 days
- Vumatel: Full Calendar month
- Octotel: Full Calendar month
We aim to process cancellations on the same business day or the next business day after receiving your request.
30 Days: For example, if you submit a cancellation on our website on 14 December, your service will end on 14 January (as long as it’s not a weekend or public holiday). Please note that you will still be billed for the entire month in which your service ends.
Full Calendar Month: For example, if you submit a cancellation on our website on 14 January, your service will only end on 31 March.
