Every year, most of the telecoms industry takes a break between 15 December to 15 January. This will normally result in delayed installations and support from the Fibre Network Operators.
There is no real change in the support from GetWiza, but things can be a bit slower to get feedback and responses from the Fibre Network Operators.
Summary #
- There can be delays in support over the freeze period, due to 3rd parties being on ‘skeleton’ staff. Please allow a little more time than usual.
- No new trenching or builds will happen from 13 December to 15 January
- If you’re moving over this period, please inform us ASAP so that we can ensure you’re order can be attended to once the fibre operators are back to full capacity.
- In general, most companies have over 50% of their employees on leave during the December holiday period.
