Service Change Request

If you’re moving to a new home/business address and want to Migrate your services, or if you want to simply Cancel your service with us – submit this request form and we’ll get back to you.

Please take note of the below notice periods. This applies to both cancellations and migrations.

  • Fibre Geeks: 30 days
  • Openserve: 30 days
  • Thinkspeed: Full Calendar month
  • Frogfoot: 30 days
  • Vumatel: Full Calendar month
  • Octotel: Full Calendar month

We aim to process cancellations on the same business day or the next business day after receiving your request.

30 Days: For example, if you submit a cancellation on our website on 14 December, your service will end on 14 January (as long as it’s not a weekend or public holiday). Please note that you will still be billed for the entire month in which your service ends.

Full Calendar Month: For example, if you submit a cancellation on our website on 14 January, your service will only end on 31 March.

If you're moving to another home/business address we can offer you internet at your new address and migrate your services - send us your full street address (or a location pin) and we'll be able to check your coverage and send you some deals.

Our cancellation notice period is 30 calendar days, and depending on your network you may only be able to cancel at the end of a calendar month.

When you successfully refer the next occupants to GetWiza, you'll both get 30% off of your next bill!

I understand that any promotions or discounts received on installation/activation fees will incur a claw-back if I cancel within the first 12 months

I understand that any promotions or discounts received on installation/activation fees would normally incur a claw-back if I cancel within the first 12 months, and that if my Migration Request is successful these fees may, at GetWiza's discretion, be transferred over to my new address with a new reset 12 month period.

I understand that should I have received a Free-to-use Router, I will need to return it to GetWiza (in good, working condition along with any/all cables) within 10 days of my last day of service or I will be liable for the replacement cost.
