Step 1: Checking Coverage to Connect Your Home to Fibre
Once you sign up, we first check if your address is within a live fibre coverage zone. We work with several fibre network partners like Openserve and Frogfoot to confirm availability. If fibre is live, we proceed with scheduling your installation.

Step 2: Scheduling the Installation
We’ll book a convenient date for your home installation. The fibre provider sends a technician to your address, typically within 5–10 working days. The team installs a Fibre Termination Unit (FTU) and Optical Network Terminal (ONT), which connects your home to the network.
Step 3: Fibre Installation – How We Connect Your Home
As part of how we connect your home to fibre, we also include a dual-band WiFi router at no extra cost. Once the fibre is live, we configure your free to use dual-band WiFi router, included with all GetWiza packages and send this to you via a courier. We optimise the setup for quick plug and play access. All routers support up to around 20sqm of coverage.

Step 4: Final Step in Connecting Your Home to Fibre
After testing the fibre line, we activate your connection remotely. You’ll get a welcome email with your portal login and billing info. That’s it — you’re online!
